About Dan
- Dan Baror has been in the business for more than 30 years. He has been a leading member of the publishing community for over 30 years and still loves every minute of it. He has sold over 1500 books and counting. His clients are regulars on the New York Times, USA Today, Publishers Weekly, and Bookscan bestseller lists. His list includes business, health, cookbooks, pop culture, food, Jewish interest, Francophilia, lifestyle, upmarket fiction, historical fiction, and mysteries.
- Dan was one of the leading experts in the romance genre and christian books for many years and launched and nurtured a lot of careers. He then turned to topical non-fiction, selling books that will help people and possibly change their lives.
- One of the things that makes him different is that he rarely uses subagents. Instead, he deals directly with publishers in each country. This means that he is the sole guardian of each author's foreign presence, instead of a multitude of subagents in a wide variety of places.
